This winter we won’t get a cold! It’s settled! Immunity is not something I create in winter (not anymore) or when “catching” a cold. It is something I reinforce everyday. Happy thoughts, love and tricks like:
1. Sea-buckthorn preserved in honey: equal amounts of honey and sea-buckthorn pulsed slightly in the food processor (or blender) and transferred to jars. Every morning (yes starting from now ) take 3 Tbsp, blend them with a cup of water, strain and drink: deeeelicious!
2.Red currant syrup: juice the berries and add honey in a 1:1.5 ratio (for 1 liter juice – 1.5 l honey).
Keep refrigerated otherwise they will ferment.
