Hidration

Pillar #1 : drink up
Water – “The ultimate energy drink”
– “Yeah right, another post/article on water drinking! What’s wrong with my soda? It’s diet soda, you know – it’s got zero calories.”
– “Nothing’s wrong with your soda except: it is packed with chemicals (phosphoric acid, caramel coloring etc.) and very few natural ingredients (in most of the cases only one – water :)).
How much of your body is water? After two years of hearing this question my colleagues at the office got bored and eventually learned the answer: ~ 60%.
Some reasons for you to pay more attention to your thirst
– maintains the balance of body fluids (creation of saliva, digestion, circulation, transportation of nutrients and maintenance of body temperature)
– lubricates and cushions your joints;
– helps kidneys;
– glowing skin;
– bye bye constipation;

“You never know the worth of water till the well is dry”
