Most of my clients know these rules … better than me sometimes.The problem is that we don’t get to implement these things. Why can’t we stop watching tv/surfing on facebook and do some physical exercise? Why is it so hard to quit coffee/sugar/smoking? Why don’t we cook/laugh/sleep/relate as if our life depended on it?
My answer: because we try to change the actions when we should focus on changing our thoughts, beliefs and the needs that have triggered them.
