3 ingredients . Ain’t that easy or what ?
– 30 g carob powder
– 130 g coconut oil
– 200 g dates / 3 Tbsp honey (give or take)
1. Soak the dates for at least one hour (I forgot them overnight and they absorbed too much water so next time I will experiment with the soaking time). After this they weighted 250 g. Remove the pits.
2. Add the melted coconut butter/coconut oil.
3. Add the carob powder and blend with the hand blender until it gets creamy.
Store in the freezer.
I do encourage you to experiment with vanilla, cinnamon, walnuts or hazelnuts.
