Man can live without food for several weeks, without water for several days, without air for several seconds. Yet we rarely give some thought to the quality of the most important nutrient in our life – AIR.
Food is something we put into our body every 4, 5 hours (+/-) but air is something we put in every second. Our food might be of the best quality ever if our cells do not have the proper amount of oxygen to absorb it and work perfectly.
Get some real oxygen from the mountains, woods, parks. I often see parents spending their Sundays with children at the MALL. Take yourselves and your families out into the real world – nature that is, explore some other types of “AIR”.
